The Academy attracts and involves prominent
instructors in their fields from across Europe and around the world.
The participation of these instructors, some of the best in their
fields, provides a very remarkable learning and life experience for
the youth who participate.
At the Academy, the participants will share not only class time, but also the entire living experience side-by-side with these experts, providing a great interaction opportunity to learn about many aspects of life outside of the standard courses.
There is also a very well structured management team in place that includes general program coordinators, logistics directors, alternate program coordinators, team leaders, and security teams. This ensures that any needs of the youth participating are quickly understood and addressed while also ensuring a fun and safe experience.
